Reseller Qualifications

The prospective PRO PAIN INC. Reseller must be in the re-sale business of goods to retail consumers and possess a valid re-sale number and storefront or E-commerce website.

• Reseller must have an active re-sale license
• Reseller must actively pursue prospective retail customers
• Reseller must make an initial purchase of PRO PAIN goods
• Reseller must keep their order account active with us every 6 months

Returned Goods

All merchandise that is to be returned to PRO PAIN INC. for credits must be preauthorized by PRO PAIN INC., no exceptions. Shipments that arrive without preauthorization will be refused or returned freight collect to the sender. Returns are to be separated into 2 categories: (1) New Merchandise Returns; and (2) Warranties/Alleged Defects.

MSRP and Minimum Advertised Price Policy

MSRP and MAP pricing (subject to change) will be sent to you upon reseller approval and upon request.

All advertised pricing of PRO PAIN INC. products must adhere to the MAP policy explained below. We take pride in offering top-of-the-line products and in the prices at which we are able to offer them to the public. PRO PAIN INC. MAP violations where products are listed visible to the public can include, but are not limited to: website/E-commerce pages, when you checkout in a shopping cart, print/radio/TV/online ads, search engine shopping feeds such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, Bing etc., print catalog, fliers, newsletters, craigslist, eBay/Amazon Online stores or any other thinkable form viewable by the consumer.

If you are found in violation of the PRO PAIN INC. MAP policy you will be notified and have 24 hours to fix all violations without penalty. This will be considered your first violation and your account will be notated. If violation is not adjusted your account will be suspended until violation is corrected within the terms of the PRO PAIN INC. MAP policy.
